Anyone receive a letter for Business Admin yet?
ugradbiz do you know if any business admin decisions have been released? My son is texting me from school saying his friends going for engineering degrees have heard.
I think they looked at the 7500 CS and MechE apps they still had to do and said “let’s call it a night”. @KES2022
has anyone heard from communication studies yet?? im in state with pretty good numbers and haven’t heard anything

At what point is it safe to assume my D won’t be accepted? If we don’t hear back today? She is Bio Sci with average to low stats.
@zachanned, the portal will always update first. Emails come a little later.
@SoCalDad14 I have not seen or heard about any business administration decisions. There were some people that stayed up pretty late last night seeing if Orfalea would release anything but they didn’t. I’m guessing decisions will be released later today.

@Soccermom12321: Based on past history and my own son’s and family members admission decisions, waitlisted applicants usually hear 1-2 weeks after the majority of decisions come out and rejections around 3 weeks after. Since SLO is about 2 weeks behind their admission decisions, it could be earlier. No decision is better than a rejection so tell your daughter to hang in there…

@edh2000: No you cannot assume all decisions are out. They will continue to trickle out over the next week or so based again on past history. As a parent whom has gone through this process several times, do not assume anything until you have a decision posted but it does make it harder as more time passes. Best of luck to your daughter and she will end up where she is meant to be.
@edh2000 I don’t think you can assume anything yet until the bulk of the admits have gone out. From what I’ve heard from admissions officials at other institutions, there are always several students who are on the bubble for whom they make a decision up until the last day. (I’m not saying that’s what they do at CalPoly, but it makes sense given how many strong applicants there are these days.)
