so up to 2 weeks of trickling out releases, wondering, and deferred planning for those that don’t get in or get rejected today, which sounds like many

I contacted admission and they confirmed first wave is later today. good luck to all.

Sounds good. MyD22 didn’t hear from Cal Poly Slo until towards the end of March, which meant all rejections at that point. So if my S25 doesn’t get any notifications today, we will assume waitlist or rejection. Good luck to all

Just fyi, they are dealing heavily with St. Fratty’s Day and a huge on campus concert tomorrow so admin might be a tad distracted today, just in case there isn’t a release today. And just know that they release admits first, then hold and see whether they can admit more before waitlisting and declining applicants, so that’s the method to the madness.

someone mentioned this being a reason why they would hold off on admissions until next week, but a lot of people earlier today were reporting that they had confirmation from ao at slo that the first wave would be today..
