<p>It is actually across the street & although I don’t think they have him in custody yet, they do have the building secure.</p>

<p>An “altercation” sounds like the victims/shooter knew each other, although it doesn’t sound like he is in custody.

<p>As someone who used to live in Fresno…shootings around the campus are not unusual…shootings happen quite frequently within the city in fact…which is why I no longer live in Fresno, or California for that matter. When I left about 5 years ago, gangs ruled most of the streets surrounding the campus…so this article really doesn’t surprise me at all. Fresno has become California’s dumping ground.</p>
