Calc BC or Physics Electricity and Magnetism

I’m currently taking Calc AB and Physics C. I want to study either BC or EM after school with my teacher but I only have time for one. Which one should I choose If I want to go into possibly chemical engineering. Which one is harder? Which one would look better?

thanks in advance.

BC is easier.

You will have a hard time finished E&M without BC.

which interests you more? That should be your answer.

BC is a no-brainer.

AP Calc BC outside of school along with AP Physics C during school hours would be awesome. Good luck!

Thank you guys. I was leaning towards BC anyways.

EM would be pretty difficult without a lot of calculus background :P

Mstr, did you take physics B before or have some E&M background? In my case, I took physics B two years ago and managed to get a 5 on E&M with no calculus at all. The curve is so generous that 50% is a 5. It would be even beter if you could do both since the calculus will help with the physics.

^I haven not taken physics B or any other physics class for that matter.
