<p>How detrimental is a C in Calc one…i’m a second semester sophmoreand that C is the only non A??? How bad will this look on my transcript?? Can I offset it if I work with a tutor before Calc 2 and do well in Calc 2??? My school doesn’t allow you to retake if it isn’t a d or f.</p>
<p>One C is not the end of the world. Sure, it doesn’t look great, but it’s not terrible, either, provided the rest of your transcript is solid. You can definitely offset this grade with continued excellent performance in all your classes.</p>
<p>Thx I was sooo worried about this grade. I landed a teacher who taght math but his exams were solid physics, being that the class is a requirement for physics I had no idea what was going on and it drove me nuts… Though I am told by my math tutor that I will not have a problem in physics as it will link the gap between the two courses…</p>
