calculating UC GPA for an OOS dual enrolled student

Ok so I know that is a mouthful above but here is my situation:

For every class in 11th grade I was dual enrolled at a community college on a quarter system. A full course load on this system is 3 classes per quarter at 5 credits per class or 15 credits per quarter. My high school counts one 5 credit class at community college as one full year of class in high school. So, I am wondering how the Berkeley people will calculate my GPA? Will each 5 credit class count as two semesters? Or only as one semester? This makes a large difference in my weighted GPA as I have taken 11 5 credit classes and didn’t take any honors or AP classes in my sophomore year.

Quarters are usually counted as quarters… that is, 2/3 of a semester. In terms of subject credit, that depends on the class (the articulations can usually be found online). At least that’s how quarters work for typical CCC transfers, though I honestly know nothing about freshmen admissions.

One CCC class counts as one semester.

Since you are OOS, did you take classes at a CALIFORNIA cc or a local cc?
