Calculus Equivalents at UCSD

Hello, I’m a first-year at UCSD and I’ve decided I want to try and transfer to UC Berkeley EECS. I was wondering what the equivalent Math Courses 1A, 1B, 53, and 54 were. 54, which is a semester of linear algebra and diff eq seems to correspond to UCSD Math 20D and 20F, but I don’t know if 1A and 1B, a full year of Calculus are equivalent to 20A and 20B, which is only two quarters of Calculus. I’m also not sure whether UCSD Math 20C constitutes a multivariable Calculus class, as that is not explicitly in its title of class and whether it can be considered equivalent to 53.

[Mathematics Courses](Mathematics)

Looks like multivariable calculus is contained in UCSD Math 20C and 20E.

The simple answer is that you should take the entire six quarter 20 series at UCSD to get the equivalent of 1A, 1B, 53, 54 at Berkeley. Or you can take 31AH instead of 20F, 31BH instead of 20C, and 31CH instead of 20E (honors courses).

Alright, sounds good, thank you.
