If I’m at community college now, and I’m going to be majoring in social studies education and psychology after transferring, do you think I should continue my study of calculus past calc 1? It obviously won’t have any use for SS Ed, but in terms of psychology.

The stuff you learn in a calc 2 class would have use in economics. For psychology, I can’t really think of many uses except maybe improper integrals which come up in statistics.

If you are trying to go to grad school down the road it would make your application look better by showing you can handle some quantitative work.
