<p>If you are only looking at location, I’d pick Irvine for access to beaches and greater LA/OC doings.</p>

<p>Irvine, hands down (weather, beaches, places to go, landscapes, town…). Well, unless you’re looking for a place where a pennyless college student would be most likely to find stuff within price range. :)</p>
