I graduated 2010 from high school, for the 2010-2011 school year i was awarded around 9k and it was put on reserve for me. However for the 2011-2012 school year it’s showing an award and it being on reserve but the award total is shown as $0. I filed all of my documents for both of those years in time and my parents income didn’t increase by much. Now I am going back to school as a transfer student to UCR and I’m unsure of what to do next and of what is going on…
