As MOfWC said, it is hard to recommend anything without knowing more specifics. Do you like to be cool while running, or do you prefer to be nice and toasty? I personally do not mind being a bit warm when I ran. I do not run as much as MOfWC does, so I have just one running jacket - Brooks Nightlife in size L so I can add baselayers under it depending on the temperature (I use my XC skiing stuff for that). It is so brightly colored it is painful to look at it in daylight, but we run mostly in the dark, and its reflective properties were the reason I bought it. When the temperatue briefly dropped into the upper teens, I ran in my softshell XC skiing jacket (REI Mistral).
