<p>If your mobile is a smartphone, you may be able to use Skype and call via the internet. Or you could try a service like [Cheap</a> International Calls From Rebtel](<a href=“http://www.rebtel.com/]Cheap”>http://www.rebtel.com/). </p>
<p>You can also use Skype on an internet-connected computer. That’s how I call when I travel internationally.</p>
