<p>Econ is a course required to gain entry into Haas and the economics major. It’s difficult for newly admitted to understand how competitive it can get, especially how econ 1’s grading is structured when I took it. Every new freshmen believes he has what it takes to succeed, excel and beat the curve, and in reality there are differences.</p>
