<p>I had been wondering about how individual campaign finances are overseen. If they are anything like the NRCC, I have the answer. </p>

<p>If I were a donor to a campaign, I might ask whether there is an audit before I sign the check. And in an individual campaign, I might rather loan the campaign money than send in a donation.</p>
