<p>could anyone tell me to whom i should email the campus express card application and what it should also contain. i lost the application itself. thanks a lot</p>

<p>For the summer program, CampusExpress payments are sent to:</p>

5000 Forbes Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15213-3890</p>

<p>Hopefully it is the same for regular students. Also, I think you can call them to confirm at (412) 268-8186.</p>
