The University of Dayton is a major party school. Easy admission. Not much diversity–about 80% white. Lots of business & engineering majors.

My friends daughter is at SLU and loves it. She did join a sorority. She thinks its a nice size and people are friendly. Not hugely diverse though.
Maybe look on Niche? Every year some local kids go to Dayton. I’ve heard nice things. Nice campus and kids are happy.
St. Louis University has a variety of majors but is known for business as well as for health professions.
