"Campus Loans" link on Agora Portal not working?

<p>There is a link called “Campus Loans” under Financial Aid section when you log on to Agora portal, but when I click on it i get this message:</p>

<p>System Error: Your login has failed (Database is unavailable (001)).
We were unable to log you into the ECSI Campus Loan System
Please contact the Office of Student Services at (617) 552-3300 or 1-800-294-0294 for assistance.</p>

<p>So is it just me?</p>

<p>not to worry. Loans aren’t due for quite awhile, and that system link goes down frequently during off hours.</p>
