<p>in the ten year plan yes, but due to the budget i can’t see that much future construction occurring unless funds are found, at the moment the IM fields are still there and are mostly used as practice fields at the moment but there usage has diminished greatly</p>
<p>well it certainly must make the administration happy to have the land. puts them in good position!</p>
