I also don’t have 1 year of english and 1/2 of language. This is my senior schedule AP English AP calculus BC, and AP Physics, Econ/government. I’m doing good in school now but i just made some bad decisions that i regret, please any advice and help

Im thinking about going to a California State University

The CSU deadline was on February 1, but you can still attend a community college, which, after two years, allows you to attend a UC.

You will need to fulfill the NCAA requirements for academic classes and grades. Checkout the list of necessary classes at their site.

If the college requires the SAT or ACT, then, yes you’ll have to take it for admissions. A coach does not have higher authority than the admissions department.

You might want to email the coach, show him your transcript, and let him tell you if you have a chance.

You’re a senior right now? As in you’re going to graduate within the next month? I think community college is really your only option this late in the game. I wouldn’t waste my money with a coach. I would talk to your counselor at school.

I believe the OP was referring to an athletic coach, at a potential college, who could answer his questions, not an academic coach.

Probably could at a CSU.

Maybe.

You can try contacting the coaches at the CSUs, BUT you should definitely investigate playing your sport at a CC near or far from your home. Then you can transfer to a CSU or a UC.

I assume he already has coach interest. Without that it’s too late for this year.

You’ll likely have to take the SAT, though the standards you’re held to may be lower than that of the general student body.

Honestly, though, the only person who can answer those questions are the coach at the school you’re interested in.
