I’m a highschool senior. I know that i fail at life, but please help me. Can a coach get you into college even if you havent taken the SAT or ACT. I also don’t have 1 year of english and 1/2 of language. This is my senior schedule AP English AP calculus BC, and AP Physics, Econ/government. I’m doing good in school now but i just made some bad decisions that i regret, please any advice and help

Im looking at a California State University

A coach cannot get you in a school without taking the SAT or ACT, unless it is a test optional school. You should look up the NCAA requirements for the division you are considering. There are minimum core class requirements, so the missing 1 yr enlish and 1/2yr of language may be a problem.

rectruit’s academics must go through the ncaa’s clearinghouse to be eligible to play in college … info about the clearinghouse can be found at [The Official Web Site of the NCAA - NCAA.org - NCAA.org](http://www.ncaa.org)

stevejuan, are you a senior right now? Did you apply to any colleges for fall? It seems like you’ve suddenly figured out what matters to you (education, and continuing in your sport.) What would happen if you took next year off to:

study for and take the ACT/SAT

work on your sport (is there a way you can continue with it after high school, or is it only a sport available through school)

Work on writing some great college applications

earn some money for the next year when you get in to college.
