<p>I’m an international student who received a PSAT score in the ninety-eighth percentile last year, for which I would have been given some level of formal recognition had I been in the US. Would it make sense to put “PSAT score in the ninety-eighth percentile” as an academic distinction?</p>
<p>I wouldn’t. I don’t think that would really qualify as an academic honor. Maybe an academic achievement, but not an honor.</p>
<p>I’d advise against doing that. Your SAT is what matters anyway.</p>

<p>All right, thanks guys! It’s just that I live in a place where the biggest academic distinction a student can receive is High Honor Roll. LOL. So yeah, my “Honors” section is pretty bare.</p>
