Can a not so smart Indian make it?

Stats: 1350 SAT (going to take it a two more times)
3.6 GPA Weighted

Race: Indian

School: A very good public school in the Naperville area

Extracurriculars: (if it says 4 years I will be still in the program for my senior year)
Student council for 4 years
Tennis team for 4 years
Selected to be team captain for 2017-2018 season
Had an undefeated streak for all of 2016-2017 season
Work at Kumon for 1+ year(s) (I started working at Kumon, my first job, around the first week of January 2018 and plan on staying here)
Volunteer at the Hospital for 4+ years
Unicef for 1.5 years
Babysitting for 3+ years

How else can I build up my EC’s?

Take out Berkeley/UCLA-OOS with so-so grades/test scores + 60,000 a year tuition. High reaches.

All of the private schools on your list will be reaches as well for the same reason. Relatively mediocre GPA/low test scores + ORM.

Mizzou is a match. Possibly Fordham as well.
