Can A person still get into Harvard even if they did not take their SAT II?

<p>Big deal. There are 400 kids each year who get 2400. If someone does nt know how to read instructions that say very clearly their application is not being processed without SAT IIs, how exceptional could they be when they dont know how to READ simple English?</p>

<p>Btw one got rejected with 2400, 36, number ONE in his graduating class.</p>
