Can anyone explain? CERTIFICATION OF FINANCES.

<p>I wanted to inquire what this statement means: “The space below is for optional use by issuing institutions for listing student’s expected annual budget”.
It is all about international student certification of finances. Please, tell what this really means. I could not totaly understand.</p>

<p>The issuing institution is the college/university that issues your I-20.</p>

<p>The space is so that they can explain further about your expected costs at that school if they want to. They also can just leave it blank if they want to.</p>
