Can anyone explain the process of admissions of Oxford/Cambridge?

The deadline for international applications for Oxbridge has been moved forward to 20th September the preceeding year. 15th October deadline for UK and EU students.

You can only apply to Oxford or Cambridge, not both.

They hold interviews in Vancouver and New York for North American applicants. Oxford occassionally offer phone interviews (maybe if you live in Hawaii?) but I haven’t heard of Cambridge doing this. These interviews are much earlier than those for UK/EU students. About October time.

You don’t need to do A-levels if you are outside the UK, and it would be too late to start them now as an A-level grade includes course work done in class over a 2 year period.

If you think you are smart enough to go to Oxford or Cambridge, you should also be smart enough to look up the application process on their web-sites.
