Can Anyone Help Me Decide Between NYU vs UMich-AnnArbor

Hi I am an international student currently serving in the Korea Air Force for a mandatory military service. I am close to getting discharged and I have to make decisions on where I would end up in the future.

I am entering as a junior and I am looking for International Relations Program. I have gotten into UMich Ann Arbor and NYU so far and still waiting on Johns Hopkins, Columbia, Georgetown and Tufts. I doubt I will be able to get into rest of these colleges. So can any one shine a light to help me decide where I should go. I know the difderence between the two because they have very different academic setting. But I want more specific advice taking account that I want to study International Relations.

By the way I am transferring from a small liberal art college(Bard College) in NY. Please help!

Maybe you should compile a list of what you want in an international relations program and call up the head of those departments at both schools or ask to speak to a current student/the prospects they have for the future,etc.

Well I wish I could do that but unfortunately I am not able to make any international phone calls from the military base. So I have been looking into their websites but I dont find huge difference. So I wanted to see what others think. But thank you for very considerate reply.
