Can anyone help me

I am a Chinese and I am currently in China. And one of my relatives is currently live in American and he is the citizen of United States of American. He told me that if my application(apply to college) is made by him from the state he lived then I will receive a offer exactly like the instate students (the same tuition fee), is this true ?

No, because your transcript will not be from an “American” school.
Trust me, each college has a regional representative, so they know the surrounding schools well.

no back doors for American colleges, sorry. As anhtimmy said, the local representatives will realize that your school is not in America. Even if your cousin put down an American school, you have to send transcripts and stuff through your school. So either way, it won’t work.

btw, why is this in the SAT board?
