Can anyone interpretate the "contact us" section for me?

Hello! I am an international applicant, and I was a little confused by the “contact us” section of the KUMC website. It says:
Please contact
Michael J. Werle, PhD
Director

Thomas J. Imig, PhD
Associate Director

Miranda Olenhouse
Program Coordinator

Could anyone tell me which one is the secretory of the graduate office? I mean, the man who can provide me the information about funding and admission.(there’s no information on funding on that website)

btw, what’s the difference between director, associate director, and program coordinator?

Thanks!

Miranda Olenhouse appears to be the program secretary (elsewhere on the website it says to address the application and letters of recommendation to her).

I could find two places with information about funding.

One of them is the front page of the IGPBS program (which I assume is the program you are interested in): [Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences (IGPBS)](http://www.kumc.edu/igpbs/index.html)

The second one is KUMC’s general financial aid office. It provides information for undergraduate, graduate and medical students and has separate contact information. [Student Financial Aid, University of Kansas Medical Center](http://www.kumc.edu/studentcenter/financialaid.html)

Thank you very much! Your information helps me a lot. btw, I was glad to see that my first post on a foreign forum was replied immediately.

This really isn’t relevant to the question but as the spouse of a project coordinator, I would like to point out that “program coordinator” is not “secretary”. These positions often require a masters degree in higher ed administration and several years of experience. Also, the training required for these positions often includes internships and practicums.

I stand corrected. My apologies.

for general questions, just e-mail the contact on the general e-mail box:

(Of course, it might be a guy or gal who responds.)

[Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences (IGPBS)](http://www.kumc.edu/igpbs/contact.html)

Thank you all!
