Hello! I am an international applicant, and I was a little confused by the “contact us” section of the KUMC website. It says:
Please contact
Michael J. Werle, PhD
Director

Thomas J. Imig, PhD
Associate Director

Miranda Olenhouse
Program Coordinator

Could anyone tell me which one is the secretory of the graduate office? I mean, the man who can provide me the information about funding and admission.(there’s no information on funding on that website)

btw, what’s the difference between director, associate director, and program coordinator?

Miranda Olenhouse appears to be the program secretary (elsewhere on the website it says to address the application and letters of recommendation to her).

I could find two places with information about funding.

This really isn’t relevant to the question but as the spouse of a project coordinator, I would like to point out that “program coordinator” is not “secretary”. These positions often require a masters degree in higher ed administration and several years of experience. Also, the training required for these positions often includes internships and practicums.
