Can anyone tell me about transferring with legacy?

I plan on transferring to USC next year fall, but I heard transferring is easier if you have legacy status and get to meet an admission counselor. Anyways, what is this transfer process like? Is it different from the regular process?

The process of transferring is exactly the same whether you have legacy status or not. The meeting is just informational.

Applications are only accepted for the fall semester. Here is the transfer brochure- good luck!

anyone transferring with a legacy able to log into the link they gave us yet?

If you are a legacy the process can be slightly different than a regular transfer application. You meet in person with an admission counselor. The counselor may or may not give you criteria that will guarantee a transfer sooner rather than later. Several years ago transfers were accepted in the second semester freshman year, but this may have been supplanted by spring admission.
