Can colleges penalize me for this?

My school is a very small one, and because of this, there are not many AP’s, College credits, or Honors classes. I took the hardest schedule every year which consisted of this:
Freshman- no advanced classes
Soph- 2 honors
Junior- 1 college credit, 1 honors
Senior- hopefully 2 college credits, 1 honors

So my question to you is, can colleges take into account that I am taking the hardest schedule and there is nothing i can do about this? Will this affect my chances of admission?

also a reminder: The school requires us to have 4 years of almost every subject (english, math, science, history) but by graduation I should have 5 1/2 years of math

Colleges absolutely evaluate your academic record in the context of your school. It sounds as if you took the most challenging program offered to students in your school. If that’s so, you have nothing to worry about.

Well, at least in this regard. Personally, I can almost always find something to worry about.
