I’ll be joining Community College in the fall and I’ve always wanted to be a Rhodes Scholar. I read somewhere that they’re picked by professor nomination but I wanted to know how “hard” it would be for a CC student to be chosen. Since CC transfers only have 2 years with professors at the nominating institution, is enough time to develop a strong relationship to reach the nomination stage? I’m not asking if this is theoretically possible, but rather is this realistically possible. If this is an actual goal that is achievable.
Thanks!
