<p>Can forgetting to submit FinAid documents affect my chance of admission? I forgot to send a few IDOC things and am worried colleges might see this as a lack of interest in their school.</p>
<p>It might not affect admissions, but it most certainly WILL affect your financial aid award timeliness.</p>

<p>If the school is need blind for admissions, the admissions folks don’t even KNOW if you have applied for financial aid…and they do not see your financial aid applications.</p>
<p>At this point, either submit what is missing and forget about this issue…or don’t bother…and see what happens.</p>

<p>If you need financial aid, you will NOT receive it until all the documents the school requires are received by them. SO…if you want to have financial aid packages to review with your acceptances…I would say…hustle and send the information PDQ.</p>
