I’m thinking about attending UC Berkeley in the fall of 2016. I’m from New York State. I would drive myself. I wouldn’t want to arrive on campus and discover that freshmen can’t have cars. I can’t find anything on their website about this. Can freshmen park a car on campus at UC Berkeley?
You can probably have a car, but the trick is finding parking. Parking is horrible.
LMGTFY. Yes. But not if you live on, or near, campus. Freshmen are NOT required to live in UC Berkeley housing.
