<p>I was offered admission for Spring 2015 but rejected it due to medical issues at home(NY) and couldn’t be away at that time, but I applied again as a transfer for the same semester they offered me and received a rejection letter? </p>
<p>I’d suggest that you speak directly to an admissions officer by phone. This sounds like a very unique situation. </p>
<p>Actually, some schools do not let students who applied within the last year apply again, so the rejection might have been expected as a matter of protocol.</p>
<p>At the time, did you let them know that it was due to a family medical issue? </p>
