Can I be considering highly selective universities such as Duke?

I’m not sure if I should really be considering highly selective colleges (colleges with less than 15-20% acceptance rates).

All but Duke look to be in reach.

I agree with the previous poster, all but Duke are attainable.

Duke and BU are the 2 you may have a chance with.

haha ryryh50 what are you smoking, Duke has by far the lowest acceptance rate of all the schools listed.

Duke is definitely a high reach and I would say Georgetown is a low reach given your predicted (?) ACT score. I hope you are also considering George Washington and Boston College (although BC doesn’t give good merit based aid).

All but Duke should be good. You can get into Duke but it is definitey a reach.
