I am currently enrolled in a California community college now entering my second year. I am aiming at finishing my Fall 2015 semester at the community college then transfer to University of Hawaii (Spring 2016) for one semester. I really only want to do one semester in Hawaii then transfer to any UC (Fall 2016). I need some help to figure out if I can even do this? Any help or advice is much appreciated!
What is the point of transferring to UH for just one semester?
To transfer to a UC in fall 2016, you would have to apply in the 2015-2016 academic year and list your planned course work at the CC and UH. Since http://www.assist.org lists articulation between California CCs and UCs, it is preferable to take that last semester of pre-transfer course work at the CC rather than some other school that is not a California CC.
