Can I even transfer with so many withdraws from different colleges?

Im 32 right now Graduated highschool in 2003 , Im a non traditional student I guess, I had tried going to college right after highschool but being a first generation College student in my family I didnt have anyone with experience to tell me anything along the way and me being immature I did not use the resources at the time so every time i would apply to college and register for classes I didnt have enough money for all books or I would just be to immature to continue and this went on 2003 , 2004, and again in 2007 in the same community college in 2009 I attended a different one and finally learned of finacial aid process but again withdrew due to needing money for rent or living on the street. After a few years I ended up at a third college in a new city stil within the same county and having not been in school or college for so long felt overwhelmed with it all and again got W’s in total I may have gotten maybe 10 all together from all three schools, in 2017 I took some online course this last semester and was able to make up 2 and get above 3.0 so Im on my way and have all the support I need now for hopefully getting my AA and transferring out in 2 years , I have not talked to a counselor yet out of embarrassment of the story im gonna tell for all the W’s , but do have a meeting at the beginning of the fall semester , does anyone out there know what I can do or if this even matters for transfer having been over such a long period of time and years ago I never even completed a semester , I highly doubt anyone has done this kinda thing that I have but if there is someone out there or if someone can over any info or help greatly appreciate it.
