I submitted my CSS to a college, but I now realize I don’t want to apply there anymore.
I used a fee waiver. Can they refund the waiver, so I can use it for a different school?
“They” can do pretty much anything they want with waivers, but whether they will or not can probably only be learned by contacting them yourself and explaining your circumstances. Good luck.
