I am an umcoming senior this fall, 3.8 gpa, 27 on the act, and have taken all the honors classes my school offers, I have also taken Ap world, Ap us history, ap bio, and im going to take ap calc, ap english lit, and ap stats this year, I’m in my schools nation honor society but thats about it… could I be accepted into the university of utah? is this not good enough for any pretty selective colleges? im still not sure where im going or what im going to study yet.
Definitely yes, but test-optional schools may be good to look at. If not, then raising your test score may be important. ECs and other aspects of the application play a role, though. It is not just grades.
What do you mean by “pretty selective”?
