Can I get access to my previous Commonapp?

I’m reapplying to some schools and I want to know the hours/weeks that I wrote for the activities I’ve done…

Is there any way I can get access to this information?

Unfortunately, no, you cannot access anything from prior year’s applications. The first page of the common questions form for applicants on the common app site says that “per the Common App Privacy Policy, all data entered prior to August 1, 2010, has been archived, and student applications are no longer available for retrieval.”

then what happens if the hours/weeks of my current application is different to my previous one? should i write on the addition info section to inform the universities to look at my previous application for more exact info?

This is not a big deal if there are minor discrepancies in the hours from your prior applications. Just estimate the best you can. Do not suggest that they look back at prior years applications. Some schools may have that capability easily, but most will have archived your app and it won’t be immediately available. The number of hours you put is really not a critical point in your app even at schools where ECs are highly important. At best, they give the adcoms a sense of the level of your commitment to various activities and the relative time you spend at each.
