<p>I just submitted my Form 1 for early action, and on the second to last page it says to print out the single choice early action agreement and have a parent or counselor sign it and then fax it in… I accidently clicked continue before I could open that link up, is there anyway for me to get back to it? Clicking the back button doesn’t work.

<p>When you log in click on either Form 1 or Form 2 (it doesn’t matter) and on the left side click “Downloadable Forms” and then the SCEA signature page is there for you to print!</p>
