Can I get in as a transfer to Wesleyan

I currently go to Occidental College and will be a sophomore. I’ve lived in LA my whole life, and want the East Coast, traditional college experience, so I’m thinking of transferring.

Can I get in?

You honestly sound like a really strong candidate to me. Only slight problem I see is the C+ but your activities and high school record should make up for that. It’s probably just luck for you now. You’re qualified but you never know.

Are you applying for fall or spring? I’m applying for this spring. Here are my stats:

High school GPA: 3.5
College GPA (New York University): 3.9
SAT: 2210

I don’t feel like posting all my other extracurriculars but basically I think we’ll both be considered. Hope that was helpful. And if you’d like to stay in touch about the transfer process, I’d be glad to!
