  • AP Econ/ Gov
    ECs:
  • 2 years class officer (both social chair officer)
  • 2 years CNKR officer (a fundraising club; publicity officer)
  • 1 year volunteering @ local hospital
  • 50 hours community service ): (sob. very low…)
  • 1 year Operation Smile club
  • 4 years Class of 2010 Committee
  • 4 years string orchestra </p>

<p>seriously, as long as you’re 3.0 and up… you’re good in the GPA department for UCR… and you got good ECs and have some APs.</p>

<p>I did 500 community hours… -_- apparently, it didn’t impress many colleges.</p>

<p>i got in with a 3.2, and lower sat scores than you, AND a fraction of the ECs and APs that you have posted.</p>

<p>I got in with a 3.4 weighted, 1700 SAT I, Math II 520 (lol), US History 730 and I pretty much didn’t do anything in high school. AP classes are not a large factor in admission to a UC. </p>

<p>Remember, UC sends applicants who don’t meet requirements to higher tier universities to the feeder schools. (Merced, Riverside, maybe Santa Cruz, not sure).</p>
