There are no CSU’s that offer Winter admits for Freshman and you would need to check the CSU Mentor on-line status In August for which campuses may accept Freshman Spring admits. Many will limit the majors available.

In past years, SFSU/Humboldt/LA/Stanislaus have offered Spring admission. You will have to see what is available in August.
