Can I get into a four year college from continuation/alternative high school?

I attended a normal high school my first two years but didn’t go well. Transferred to a continuation school my junior year and I’m doing well and can make up all my credits. I’m planning to take the SATs and ACTs. Can I get into a four year (like Boulder, ASU, or U of A) from a continuation school?

Yup- 4 years take students from ‘normal’, ‘alternative’, home, etc.

Look at the websites of the colleges you are interested in: most will list their expectations for HS preparation (most want 4 years of English, for example).

I would definitely look online and talk to the colleges you want to go to. As long as you meet the requirements, I believe you will be accepted.

Suggestion: you don’t need to take both the SAT and ACT. Do some practice tests of each and decide which you prefer. Then prep for that specific test.
