I am a cbse student from india , and i have not done well in my 11th grade (67%) but my 9th and 10th are great , is it possible for me to go to universities like university of illinois urbana champaign , texas at and m , university of texas austin , university of maryland, purdue for either industrial , electrical or aerospace engineering?

Yes, it’s good. You may have a shot at more universities for Industrial Engineering (like Cal Poly SLO, UCSC…) but start with the universities I listed. They’re not bad at all and some would even be reaches. EE is super selective and you’re at least 10 points too low for Year XI at any of the universities listed.
