Can i get into a high level college/UC with this?

(Senior in HS) I have a weighted 3.8 GPA, I took 12 AP classes and passed some of the tests. The one thing that brings me down is I get a C+ on math about once every two semesters(but I skipped 6th grade math), the rest of my classes I do well in. I want to be a lawyer and I am president of my mock trail team, I am on the track team for 4 years, I went to fencing nationals (not in high school) and want to continue to fence, I also went to boys state union in CA where I passed the bar there. My first SAT that i took with no studying was a 1300 I plan to retake it and study. I am going to take 2 subject tests in October in US history and math 2. With all of this can I get into a high level collage like Berkeley or any UC that has great law. I am also planning on sending my application to Ivy league schools for the off chance that it works ( probably not) what are my chances?

UC GPA?
Do you go to high school in CA? What are your AP scores for the tests you did pass?
Also, note that going to fencing nationals would not apply to the UC application or any college application, for that matter, since it didn’t occur during high school.

Post capped and fully weighted GPA.

Did you go to fencing nationals during your high school years (it was unclear from your post)? If so, that would be good to put on your application. Depending on your interest and if you have any national ranking, you may want to reach out to coaches too.
