In which program/school? In any case, your SAT is very low for Cornell, which at this point, gives you low chances. It’s possible your ethnicity could give you a boost. No one can tell you if you could get in or not, since we’re not in admissions. Retake your SAT (or ACT) and you might also need SAT 2s (not sure for your program). Good luck.
Cornell has several business related programs, so the question is which one. If you are considering Applied Economics and Management (AEMS), which is located in CALS (College of Agriculture and Life Sciences), it will be tough, given your scores. It is an intensely competitive program. Good luck.
If your family is low-income, you might be eligible for the HEOP program, in which case the test scores won’t be a barrier:
