Can I get into Rice or better universities?

I came from a high school in Beijing, China. My major is mechnical engineering/astrophysics. My rank is top5% in the school.

I plan to ED for Rice or CMU. How big is my chance of getting into these colleges?
Do I have a chance for high-ranked universities which is good at science/business/engineering while having good reputations and better campus? like stanford(too hard)?
