<p>make sure you were active in those clubs for a long time to show that you are truly interested in them (and didn’t do it for the sake of college.) best of all if you had leadership positions. SAT scores are a bit lower than the average score (I believe writing score is not used although the admission officers can still see it). however, the SAT scores aren’t far behind so you do have a chance. make sure you emphasized why you pick to study those languages. english is obviously a requirement so don’t include that. GPA is fine unless that’s a weighted overall grade.</p>
